Will Greenley was called to the Bar in 1994.  Will practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation and corporate law.

Will enjoys having a diverse litigation practice that includes corporate and business disputes, employment law matters, insurance law, environmental law and personal injury.  Will has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal as well as on matters before various tribunals including the Labour Board and the Human Rights Tribunal.  While an experienced litigator, Will recognizes that an early resolution of a dispute can often be in the best interest of the client.

In his corporate practice, Will works with mostly small privately held corporations providing advice on corporate and other legal issues that commonly arise for small businesses and assisting with, among other things, provincial and federal incorporations, corporate organization, shareholder’s agreements, amalgamations and business registrations.
